A mold that has design patterns with the same method as that of a roller type machine is set up in this machine,
and a film with hot melt coating for spangle passes below this mold.
When the machine is set to operate, a mold pin that moves repeatedly upward and downward fast cuts the film on the basis of design patterns and pastes it to the fabric.
Unlike a roller-type trans machine, this machine is driven by a belt.
As the area where the mold pin touches the fabric is wider than was the case with a roller-type trans machine, diverse design patterns are possible,
and depending on the design the raw material (i.e., film for spangle) can be saved by as much as 10% in comparison to the roller-type trans machine.
